Academic Services

Individual Academic Support
Students who are accepted into the program have a diagnosed learning disability. They may experience specific difficulty in organization, reading, written expression, or mathematics. The objective of the program is to assist a student in further developing strengths while coping with specific areas of weakness. The regular classroom curriculum is used to facilitate the development of strategies that are appropriate for each individual student. The support is scheduled two to three times a week during the academic day.

Evening Study Hall
Academic assistance is available from members of the Academic Services department during evening study hall hours from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday evenings.

Extended Time for Testing
Students within the program are eligible for extended time on testing. This includes testing within the classroom and formal exams, as well as the standardized tests such as the SAT and Advanced Placement exams.

There is an Additional Tuition Charge of $4,500
