The Titans (2-3) suffered a loss to Marianapolis in five innings on Saturday. The Titans recorded many defensive outs - demonstrating skills they have been practicing.

Anna Misiewicz '12, Helen Assefaw '14 and Robin Dillon '15 held down the left side of the field, resulting in many outs for WMA. Marianapolis was a very strong team offensively. Pitcher Emma McCloskey '17 had a great day on the mound, finishing the game with two strikeouts. Vicky Wu '13 roped a line drive down the left field line, producing the only base runner for the Titans.

The team hopes to carry its intensity into the next competition on May 19.
